Services
Careful mounting of graphics is
essential to the entire preservation process. We offer a wide variety of substrates for mounting depending on end usage. These
include, but are not limited to: Cardstock, COROPLAST™ , FOMECOR®, GATORFOAM®, MDF Board, Sintra®, and Syrene. Standard sizes are up to 48" x 96". Larger sizes are available in some substrates.
We are able to provide our clients with one-sided lamination or two-sided lamination on graphics
of any length, and up to 60" wide. Larger sizes are done in separate pieces and then spliced together afterwards. The
hot laminating process protects your graphics and documents. We will advise you on whether one-sided or two-sided is best
for your project. One-sided lamination may be all you need. Two-sided laminating encapsulates you graphic (unless the piece
is laminated and cut flush to the edge) in a durable transparent film that resists moisture, adds rigidity and can be easily
cleaned. Typical hot laminated pieces include: book jackets, business cards, catalogs, certificates, company and governmental
regulations. contracts,m flash cards, games, historical records, ID badges, ID cards, instructional materials, licenses, luggage
tags, membership cards, menus, maps, newspaper clippings, operational instructions, point of purchase displays, portfolios,
posters. presentation, price lists, reports, safety rules, signs, and trade show graphics.
Pressure
senstive laminates are applied to mounted/unmounted or hot laminated graphics. Cold laminates we offer are available in 60"
width:
We take time with each customer, using the hundreds of frame
and mat corners to design the perfect framed piece of art. Every frame mat and glass is custom cut to fit each piece. We offer
standard as well as conservation framing. Hundreds of wood and metal frames are available to complement your fine art, photos,
graphics or anything else a client has to frame. We offer the full line of Crescent® and Bainbridge® mat boards in
both regular and acid-free paper. We also stock regular glass, non-glare glass, conservation clear glass, conservation
reflection control, and upon special request, we use museum glass.
If a piece is too large for glass or per our clients' request we will use acrylic sheeting.
We
currently have two Epson large format digital printers to output your graphics. One printer is an Epson 9880 that is able
to output up to 44" wide and the other printer is an Epson 11880 able to output up to 60" wide. We offer various
types of paper, vinyl, canvas, and banner materials. We offer several ways for you to provide us with your graphics. Send
us your graphics via e-mail to digitalprints@gruels.com, drop off your image on CD/DVD/Memory Stick or upload them to your FTP site and send us a link to pick up your graphics.

We offer grommets in sizes 00, 0, 1, 2, 3. We offer sizes SE4, SE6, and SE8 in eyelets. Our standard
color is brass. Other colors/finishes are available for an additonal cost. We carry rivets in black oxide finish. Other colors
are available. Request a quote based on quantities and colors. Sample cards are available upon request.
